If you've been following my blog for a while now you’ll know I'm obsessed with air dry clay. You might recognise some of these projects in particular my stamped clay bowls. They’re my absolute favourite and even though it's been 4 years since I first made them they still get a ton of shares so I know you must love them too.

Air dry clay is a fantastic craft material to work with. It’s cheap to buy, simple to use, totally kid friendly and doesn’t need firing or baking in the oven. Simple leave it out to dry and in 48 hours you’ll have a stunning clay piece to decorate.

Over the years I’ve used it to make bowls, magnets, Christmas decorations, wall hangings, pen pots and even napkin rings. I’ve even made my own air dry clay glaze. And apart from the clay itself you’ll probably find you have a lot of the supplies already on hand.

A rolling pin, rubber stamps (or anything else you could use to leave an impression in the clay), a rolling pin, craft knife, something to cut around or use as a mould like a glass or bowl and acrylic paint or varnish to seal and decorate your piece.

I’m so excited to share all my DIY air dry clay crafts with you. I hope you love them as much as I do.
