Crunchy Chocolate Nut Granola.
Meet your new favourite breakfast food. It’s rich and chocolatey but not too sweet. I made this amazing crunchy nut chocolate granola over the weekend and couldn’t wait to share it with you.
It was so good in fact, I think it might be the perfect weekend breakfast food. You can customise it using whatever extras you like best. I used a selection of chopped nuts and seeds (pecans, hazelnuts, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds).
If you don’t like those, dried fruit or coconut flakes would be delicious. Or how about pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup?
Dark Chocolate Cocoa Granola.
This granola mix is a nice mix without being too sweet. The cocoa means it contains just the right amount of chocolatey flavour and is the perfect topping for yoghurt, smoothie bowls or simple enjoyed with milk.
Easy to make, totally customisable, crunchy and delicious. Great for an easy breakfast on the go. Spread it out thin on a baking sheet or leave as clusters. Crisp it up in the oven for a crunchy, nutty breakfast topping.

100g assorted nuts or seeds
70g light brown sugar

You could even swap out some of the nuts and seeds for dried fruit like cranberries or figs.
