HALLOWEEN WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK.
/Looking for a last minute Halloween treat? Impress your friends and family with this colourful white chocolate bark. A fun and delicious treat that takes minutes to make.
With Halloween only a couple of days away I figured it was about time that I made a spooky sweet treat. Chocolate bark is both delicious and ridiculously easy to make. All you need is chocolate and your favourite Halloween themed sweets and you’re good to go.
Carrying on with my non-traditional Halloween theme I decided to use white chocolate and gather as many pastel and brightly coloured sweets as I could find. I bought some Smarties and pink and black sprinkles and a selection of Halloween gummy sweets from Wilkos. How good are those gummy skulls? They’re definitely my favourite with the giant eyeballs a close second. How about you?
Ingredients:
300g of White Chocolate
Halloween Sprinkles
Selection of Halloween Sweets
Instructions:
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the chocolate up into smaller pieces. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water using the double-boiler method.
Pour the melted chocolate onto your prepared baking tray. Spread with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Top with sweets and sprinkles.
Place on the fridge until firm.
Break into pieces and serve.
All that’s left to do is bag it up in small cellophane bags and serve.
Sweet, squishy and a little bit creepy. What’a not to love? This Halloween chocolate bark is a guaranteed hit.
