Have you ever tried gratitude journaling before? It's the perfect way to help you think about and feel grateful for what you have in your life.
I know getting started with a gratitude journal can be hard. In fact, I've tried and failed myself a couple of times in the past. The last one I used was a bullet journal style but all the blank pages put me off.
After some trial and error, I've come up with a workbook that works for me and wanted to share it here as well. It's a minimal layout that I hope helps make it easy to start your own daily habit of gratitude journaling.

What’s Inside the Printable Gratitude Journal?
I’ve put together everything you need to keep gratitude at the heart of your day-to-day. Here’s what you’ll find inside:
Daily Gratitude Page – This page gives you space to jot down three things you’re grateful for each day, keeping it quick and easy! You can also fill in the date, circle the day of the week, and take a moment to note the best part of your day and why you’re looking forward to tomorrow.
“Today I’m Grateful For” List – Whether you like a numbered list or prefer a blank space, you’ll love this page! It’s perfect for jotting down a gratitude list or using gratitude prompts, giving you the flexibility to use it however feels right for you each day.
Gratitude Jar Page – This is one of my favorites, especially for getting kids involved! The “Gratitude Jar” page is a fun, creative way to capture daily moments of gratitude. Fill it with drawings, collages made from old magazines, or even little photos — the options are endless and a great way to make this a family activity!
Minimal & Colourful Versions – I’ve made two options to suit any style! There’s a minimal black-and-white version if you’re looking to save on ink or want to add your own decorations. And for the colour lovers, there’s a cheerful pink and mustard version that brings a bit of extra warmth to your gratitude practice.
Daily Gratitude Practice.
The great thing about using these printables is that they make starting a daily gratitude habit easy. It doesn't need to take longer than a few minutes each day.
I like to print out a whole bunch of the daily prompt pages and put them in a binder. Then I print out a few of the list pages and the mason jar pages and use these to keep a running total of what I'm grateful for in each week or month depending on how fast I fill them.

How to print the Free Gratitude Journal.
1. Grab the free download at the bottom of the post by entering your email address.
2. Open in a PDF reader like Adobe Reader.
3. Print out as many gratitude worksheets as you want.
You can do daily journalling, weekly, monthly or a mix of them all.

4. Add your pages to a binder or folder to keep them organised.
5. Fill in with all the big and small things you're grateful for and end each day on a positive note.
