I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting craft projects and materials. My latest favourite has been all things felt, particularly DIY felt wreaths.
The best part about making felt wreaths is how versatile they are. You can make them in any shape or size and decorate them with embellishments such as felt flowers, leaves, berries, ribbons or more.
As felt comes in such a wide range of colours that you can make one for any occasion. For example, you can make a Fall wreath using oranges and browns, a pretty pastel wreath for Spring or a classic red and green wreath for a festive feel.

If you're interested in making your own DIY wreath, here are some tips and tricks to help you get started so you can make your own pretty wreath.
Felt Sheets - choose a colour scheme that complements your personal style or the occasion you're creating the wreath for. Don't be afraid to experiment and mix and match colours to get your perfect look.
Once you've chosen your coloured felt you're going to need a few more tools and craft supplies.
A Sharp Pair Of Scissors or a Rotary Cutter to cut your felt (there are a few examples using a Cricut machine if you don't fancy cutting out the shapes by hand)
A Wreath Form (you can get foam, wire, wooden, natural grapevine or even use a simple embroidery hoop)
And some ribbon or twine for hanging.
