The DIY baskets can be made from any coloured or patterned cardstock that you like as long as it will run through your printer. I like to use scrapbook paper for the pattern but a heavier weight cardstock if the baskets are going to be used in the egg hunt itself.
Use them as party favours for your Easter brunch guests or as prizes at the end of an egg hunt. Give them as gifts to friends and family or as a thank you to a teacher.
Want to go the extra mile? Why not add some shredded paper to your baskets to help keep your eggs nice and secure. Or how about attaching a name tag to make them extra special?
Top tip:
I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.
I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.
Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?
