I'm a big fan of printable habit trackers (you can find my 30 day mood tracker here). There's just something about physically checking off a box each day that helps keep me more accountable than any habit tracker app ever could. There's just no beating good old-fashioned pen and paper.
This goal tracker a simple design that lets you track one goal or task on a single sheet of paper. You can use them to break bad habits or start new positive habits. Simply colour in each circle as you complete that day's task. By keeping it minimal and clean I hope it makes goal setting easy and stress-free.

The idea of the 100 day challenge is to take a small step every day to complete a big challenge, goal or task. You'll find it's amazing what you can accomplish in 100 days with a little consistency.
This could be as simple as breaking up a big project into 100 smaller pieces, wanting to improve an existing skill or starting a new hobby.

Daily Habit Tracker.
At the beginning of this year, I decided I wanted to read more books and walk more. So far I've used this goal tracker to help me read for at least 10 minutes nearly every day and go for daily walks.
Although I should confess the walking has only been happening Monday to Friday so not every day but close enough. Checking my goal off every day has definitely helped me keep track of my habits.
It's important to remember when you set yourself any goal that progress is always better than perfection. I went for 18 more walks last month than I would have had I not set any goal at all.

I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.
I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.
Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?
I hope this weekly printable planner helps you get organised and stay on track.
If you’re using an A5 planner change scale to 50%. Make sure to select “scale to fit”.
I recommend using good quality paper for printing your planner pages. The ink looks crisp and clear giving your pages that shop-bought look.
Style your pages by putting them on a clipboard, in a ring binder, using as planner inserts, a notebook binder or even bind your own with a paper punch binder machine.
