Minimalist Weekly Planner.
I love a good free printable you can print yourself at home. It’s so useful to be able to grab a planner page whenever you need one.
As much as I love my phone and google calendar, nothing beats crossing something off a list using a pen and paper.
Last year I made a horizontal weekly printable planner with checkboxes that many of you loved. This year I thought I’d make a more minimal version that you can really personalise and make your own.

Keep it sweet and simple and use it as it is or add some colour and jazz it up with washi tape, stickers and stamps.

Printable weekly planners are a great way to help keep you organised and on top of your plans. And they can be used in so many different ways.
Weekly templates can help you organise your weekly class or work schedule, achieve personal goals and mark off a weekly to-do list. As a single-page overview of the week or a traditional planner to schedule appointments and important tasks.
How to use a weekly planner.
Here are some suggestions of how you could use it:
Note down important appointments and dates
Jotting down daily tasks, school events, family activities or homework
Keeping track of that week’s meetings
Planning projects and setting deadlines
Tracking a main goal or weekly goals
As a chore chart
Making a schedule for upcoming projects
Meal planning
As a grocery list/shopping list
Lesson plans for teachers.
Counting down to a big event
I like to use mine to plan out my blog content. I write down all my blog post ideas on those skinny post-it note page markers and then peel and reposition them as I go along.
I keep it clipped to a clipboard and propped up on my desk but there are a lot of different ways you could utilise it. Put it in your favourite ring binder or even print out a whole bunch and bind them at home with a paper punch binder.
Here are some more ideas for where you could use it:
on the wall of your bedroom or office
as a desk jotter
attached to the inside cover or a notebook
clipped to a clipboard and hung above your desk
popped in an A4 binder or journal
laminated and wiped clean at the end of every week
or if you’re into digital note-making, upload it to Procreate and use it with an iPad and Apple pencil.
Whether you're just getting started using printable planner pages or have an existing planner system you want to add to, I'm sure you're going to find this weekly spread useful.

How to style your minimal weekly planner.
This printable page is made for US Letter size but you can easily resize it to fit to any paper size or binder. I recommend printing on nice quality paper instead of regular copy paper. A good-weight paper means the ink will look clear and give you a crisp finish.
The great thing about this minimalist design is that you can keep it simple and leave it exactly as it is or decorate it within an inch of its life. Accessorise with stickers, cute paper clips, planner stamps and washi tape for cute weekly planners.
How do I print my weekly calendar?
Sign up and download the PDF files at the bottom of the page.
Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Go to File – Print. Make sure to select "Fit" or "Scale to Fit" after choosing the paper size.
Print as many copies of the weekly planner printable as you need.
Grab a pen and jot down your weekly tasks.
Top Tip:
I know ink can get expensive when you do a lot of printing so I like to use a HP Instant Ink Printer.
I pay a small amount every month that lets me print to my heart’s content. When my ink is running low I get replacement printer cartridges mailed straight to my house and can return my old ones for recycling.
Click here to use my referral and we’ll both get 3 FREE months. Pretty great, right?
I hope this weekly planner helps you get organised and stay on track. Print it out as many times as you like and get planning!
